    No, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Please report any damage or missing parts within 7 business days for prompt resolution.

    Replacement parts or missing items will be shipped via 'ground' service at CPS's expense. Expedited shipping methods can be arranged at the customer's expense.

    Returns or exchanges must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. Please do not return merchandise without our approval.

    A 20% restocking charge applies to all returned products reported after 7 business days. Products must be returned undamaged with original packaging, manuals, etc.

  • What does the warranty cover for products sold by Coal Prints & Signs (CPS)?

    We warranty all products (excluding printing media and printing) against defects in hardware material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment arrival within Canada. This warranty ensures that products are free from defects under normal usage conditions.

  • How can I claim warranty service for a CPS product?

    If you believe a CPS product you purchased has a defect or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact us at 604.4987058 for assistance. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to CPS for inspection.

  • What is not covered under CPS's warranty?

    Our warranty does not cover damages due to extreme weather conditions, normal wear, misuse, abuse, negligence, mishandling, misapplication, improper installation, accidents, or alterations by someone other than CPS. Additionally, damages caused by products not supplied by CPS are not covered.
